Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. Due to the nature of perishables we must dispose of any returns, we do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.  

Please include your order # and email healthy@shakechef.shop with your request to exchange.

Exchange requirements

Exchange if you're not happy or something was defective:

  • You aren't satisfied (see shipping location below)
  • Product is defective (see shipping location below)
  • Product must be in original packaging

Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned for refund.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.
